UC Santa Barbara graduate who started a business from scratch in 2008 and built it into something real. Within a few years the systems and metrics he'd put in place meant the business ran itself on just five to ten hours of his time a week — for about seven years, including four spent running it entirely remotely from Utah, during which it kept growing — before a clean sale. That's what this work is about: giving owners their time back and growing the bottom line — not one at the expense of the other.
