The Business Physical provides business diagnostic, consulting, and implementation services. Information on the Site is for general information only. Any paid engagement is governed by a separate written agreement or proposal, and that document controls if it differs from these terms.
The free diagnostic is offered at no cost and with no obligation. We do not guarantee any particular business result, such as revenue, profit, or savings.

Content on the Site, and communications before an engagement begins, are not legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. Please consult a qualified professional before making decisions in those areas.
Text messaging program terms
- Program: The Business Physical sends text messages regarding your inquiry, scheduling a consultation call, appointment reminders, and follow-up about your business questions. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages.
- How you join: by checking the SMS consent box on our contact form and submitting it.
- Frequency: message frequency varies.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for messages, but your carrier may.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You will get one confirmation message, and no more messages after that unless you opt in again.
- Help: reply HELP, or contact us at info@thebusinessphysical.com or 866-576-2323.
- Consent: consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any service.
- Carriers: wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: see our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, attempt to access it without authorization, or submit information that is false or that belongs to someone else.
Intellectual property
The Site's content, text, logo, and design belong to The Business Physical or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without our written permission.

The Site uses tools from other companies, such as scheduling and form providers. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
